    After reading all the different perspectives on the 26 ways of self-compassion, I have come to realize that my self is more important than before. They strengthen my self-confidence and lessen my anxiety of being afraid to be fallible. It has escalated my energy level and found me the courage to stand up to go against any obstacles that are coming to my way. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to learn about the true meaning of “self-compassion.”
